Complaints Policy

If something went wrong with a request you sent through this site, tell us through the contact page with the date and what happened. We will look into it and stop passing requests to any locksmith whose conduct falls short. For a dispute over a bill, you can also contact CASE, the Consumers Association of Singapore.
